Linalool

Linalool, C10H18O, is the molecule the house’s lavender essay names beside linalyl acetate. Its identity is PubChem’s; its place in lavender oil is the trade’s convention on this site, with no analysis filed.

The page once gave its boiling point and said it is found in more than two hundred plant species; neither figure had a source and the site gives neither now. Its volatility class is the simulator’s modeled constant, not a measurement.

Each field carries its evidence: open a chip for the source, the quoted words and the confidence. A field with nothing behind it says so and stays empty.
