Madagascar

Madagascar is the leading grower of vanilla on record: a review has much of the world’s natural vanilla coming from small farms on the island.

No harvest season is given: the campaign opens each year by ministerial order, region by region, and no order is filed. The point on the globe is Wikidata’s point for the country, not a plantation.

The record

Each field carries its evidence: open a chip for the source, the quoted words and the confidence. A field with nothing behind it says so and stays empty.
